Director Katie Henry appears in Artists and Illustrators Magazine

Katie Henry was approached by Artists and Illustrators magazine, to appear in their regular On The Job feature.  I the article, Katie explains what Art In Offices is, what Art In offices does, and how she came up with the idea for the company.

Katie studied  for a Masters in Arts Management at Birkebeck College, University of London and part of the course was writing a business plan for an arts organisation, and gave her the skill set she needed to write the plan apply for government funding to start it up, and manage the cash flow and administration of the business.

Here's an excert from the article:

What exactly is Art in Offices?

A company pays a set monthly fee and we provide a rotation of artwork to hang in their offices. The cost includes everything – shipping, framing, insurance and installation. The client doesn’t have to worry at all, except for when I come in with a drill and start making a racket! At the moment, it’s on a bespoke basis. However, I’m looking to develop more fixed subscriptions in the near future.
