Henrietta pours her soul into her artwork, describing her landscapes as 'little pieces of my life’s experience.' She works from photographs and drawings, using the language she has developed over the years to convey the wonder of the world around her.

"Recently, the West Coasts of England and Scotland provide a constant source of inspiration for my work: the Scottish weather that changes dramatically from one moment to the next; the softer breezes and calm of the West Sussex coast and long walks with my dogs; boat trips to the islands, and hours spent simply looking at the landscape all shape my work. I draw and paint, thinking constantly of the landscape I have seen, either directly or back in the studio using material gathered. I am fascinated by colour, form and light."

Henrietta's works are are found in collections in across the globe, in America, Australia, and Paris, as well as the UK.
