About

Jessica Ford

Jessica Ford is an English artist, based in Hove, England. She grew up in the beautiful Cotswold town of Stroud in Gloucestershire, into a creative household; surrounded by art books, wonderful paintings and beautiful sculptures. When Jessica started painting, she was keen to make paintings that were really uplifting. As she says herself, Jessica is not really interested in baring her soul on the canvas, but more interested in making art that brings “good vibes” into the home.

Jessica’s abstract paintings have been featured on George Clarke’s ‘Ugly House to Lovely House’; they hang in the home of the blogger Zoella; have graced the cover of Good Homes Magazine; and she has been interviewed in ‘Breathe’ Magazine and for the 91 Magazine blog. Jessica has also provided work for interior designer Sophie Robinson’s room sets at the Good Homes Show in London.

When I started painting, I was really conscious that I wanted to have a happy experience in the studio, and I wanted the paintings to feel joyous and light.
