Working with our specialist set dresser, who brings real TV and film set dressing experience, we discuss the story you want the space to tell, whether that's aimed at prospective tenants, buyers, or the design teams representing them. We consider the building's character, location, and target occupier to shape a theme that resonates the moment someone walks through the door.
Once we understand your vision, our curators source and propose the props, furnishings, and finishing pieces that bring the theme to life, presented through visuals and moodboards so you can see how the space will feel before anything is confirmed. This is offered at Bronze, Silver, and Gold tiers, or scoped entirely to your own budget, with a flat-rate set-up fee across all options. You'll deal with one company throughout, and receive one invoice for everything sourced.
Once you've approved the proposal, our team handles the full installation, working around your timeline to get the space ready for viewings with minimal disruption. Every prop and furnishing piece is set in place to create a cohesive, story-led environment that helps your space stand out to prospective tenants or buyers. Dressing is primarily offered on a purchase basis, with rental available where it suits the project better.
