At the point of moving into luxurious new premises which had been newly refurbished, this finance firm asked Art in Offices to help them build their first-ever art collection. Their elegant new surroundings called for very sophisticated and polished artwork.

Using Hard and Soft Geometry

The curation hinged on using geometric shapes, which included: circles and swirl shapes, soft blocks of colour, scientific studies and defined geometric patterns. The client wanted their guests to understand that they were analytical and looked at the details, so we created that narrative through the use of shape and colour.

Collections inside collections

In each meeting room, we curated a series of artworks from a single artist to make each feel like a gallery space. Hanging a series of artworks made the space feel more considered and and becomes a more than simply hanging art for arts sake, it now becomes a curated collection with intent.
