For 11 years Art in Offices have been putting the work of emerging artists into offices, to increase staff wellness, improve productivity and support artists in finding new clients.

The Role

The Press & Marketing will help lay the groundwork for company success.  Your role is focussed around working with and complimenting the work of the Social Media Manager.  We will ask you to create newsletters, update our Pinterest board, source tickets to art shows for our clients, record videos for our Instagram Reels, write blogs and LinkedIn posts, create press opportunities, look for press opportunities and write press releases and promote the work that Art in Offices does, to drive new clients to use our services.

 

 Day-to-day tasks may include:

Work with the marketing team to strategize, create and deliver targeted high-impact content for social media platforms that will help us build our community, and raise awareness of our business.Ideate, develop and execute compelling campaigns to captivate new users and elevate community engagement.Collaborate with our core team to conduct in-depth market research, analyse website metrics, and gather community insights to enhance our services.Creating and editing content for social media, such as captions, images, and videosAssist with writing copy and content for the website, blogs and social channelsSupport the marketing team in daily administrative tasks, such as competitor research, distributing marketing materials, preparing promotional presentations

Qualifications

High standard of written and communication skillsHighly organised, adaptable, and able to multi-task with projectsFundamental understanding of public relations, effective communication, and research techniquesA passion for social media (IG and Tiktok) is keyExceptional written and spoken EnglishKnowledge of and experience in the art world

The Fine Print

This internship is for the Fall 2023 term with a commitment of 1-day per week.

Website Research & Development Intern

The Role

Art in Offices are reviewing their place in the art rental market and your role will be two fold.  Firstly, you will be researching our competitors and presenting your findings.  Secondly, you will be tasked with coming up with suggestions about how we can be more competitive against them, which may include website designing and updating.

Day-to-day tasks may include:

Conducting research on industry-related topics, competitors, and platforms to develop new and engaging website content ideasOptimizing content for search engines (SEO) to improve website traffic and visibility.Analytics and metrics tracking; setting measurable goals that demonstrate improvement in marketing effortsBasic website management, including updating content and website links for maximum optimization and search engine rankingsPresentations to our director[Possible] Website building

Skills needed

A strategic mindset with a flair for storytelling and content creation.Proven experience in website content creation, building, or copywriting. (Portfolio or relevant work samples will be a plus!)Basic to intermediate knowledge of SEO practices.Ability to conduct detailed digital and market research.Eager and willing to learn and adapt at a rapid pace.

Payment

This internship pays a stipend of £200 per month.

 

The Fine Print

This internship is for the Autumn term of 2023 with a commitment of 8-hours per week (preferably 1 day a week with us in the office in Fitzrovia).
