Art in Offices Director Katie henry is a firm believer in the virtues of flexible working.  She is so vocal about it that recruitment website Glassdoor interviewed her and some other company directors to hear her views in more detail.

“When you’ve got a lot of other pressures, taking rigid working hours away makes things much easier for staff. You can see from the quality of work they produce that their productivity levels improve when they can work on their own terms.”
